How we are helping
No subscription fees
We are waiving all software subscription fees for the month of April, May, June and July for all our existing customers globally.
Extended 90-day free trial
We are extending the free trial period of all products from 14-days to 90-days for all new customers. If you are currently on a 14-day trial, it will automatically extend to 90 days.
Free email marketing
Staying connected to guests is always important, but now it’s even more so. We are making Softmogul Marketing available to all new and existing customers for free until September 30.
Switching to Softmogul
We know that switching to a new platform can be energy and time consuming. That's why we have designed a simple process to make your onboarding as seamless as possible even on times like this. A dedicated account manager will help you configure your account, migrate all your existing data and train your staff remotely for free.
Our support team is working 24/7 to assist you, reach out via phone, email, live chat, and social media. We have created a new page to help you discover more on how to make a seamless switch.
What's ahead of us
As you may be aware now, our Worldwide Hotel Technology Conference has been postponed. We are closely monitoring the progress with COVID-19 and we will notify you as soon as we have an announcement to make.
